Immune Boosting Green Mango Smoothie
This immune boosting smoothie is not only delicious and refreshing but it is a great way to get some beneficial vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients into your diet.
- 4 celery sticks
- 1/2 cucumber
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1/2 inch piece of raw ginger
- 1 handful microgreens
- 3/4 cup frozen organic mango and/or blueberries
- 1 cup pure organic coconut water (not from concentrate)
- 1 scoop collagen protein powder (optional)
