Using a sharp knife, chop the cucumber an green bell pepper into large chunks, slice the grape tomatoes in half, and slice the red onion into thin slices.
1 large cucumber, 1 pint grape tomatoes or cherry tomoatoes, 1 small green bell pepper, 1/2 red onion, 1 avocado
Add the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, green pepper, red onion, kalamata olives, and avocado to a large bowl.
1/2 cup kalamata olives
Place the cubes of creamy feta cheese on the top of the salad.

Make the dressingIn a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, and salt to create the homemade Greek salad dressing.
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 large garlic clove, 2 tsp organic oregano, 1/4 tsp sea salt, pepper
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss so the fresh vegetables are lightly coated.
