  • Preheat your oven to 425°F with your baking pan inside
  • Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly, then slice them in half lengthwise. This helps them roast evenly and develop those crispy edges.
    1.5 lbs fingerling or baby potatoes
  • Place the potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add the sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and any optional herbs. Toss until evenly coated.
    2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp organic garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet, placing them cut side down. This is key for achieving perfectly crispy oven roasted potatoes.
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  • Remove from the oven and serve warm. These pair perfectly with burgers, grilled meats, or your favorite dipping sauce.
