Debbie Mayer is an author, speaker, and singer/songwriter with a story of both tragic loss, and unshakeable hope . Debbie and her husband Joe tragically lost three of their four children in a car crash in 2004. Since that time, Debbie has focused much of her time on sharing her story through inspirational speaking engagements. Most recently Debbie wrote a book entitled, “After the Crash: Grieving with Hope in Light of Eternity” She has also been a worship leader for over 30 years and currently co-leads a Grief-Share group with her husband Joe.
In this interview Debbie shares her own story of both tragic loss, and unshakeable hope. She speaks to where that hope comes from, as well as how she was able to build a history and perspective that could withstand such unimaginable loss. She also speaks to how we all can build a foundation that can withstand any trial. You will be floored by Debbie’s perspective, as well as all of the wisdom that she shares in this interview.
