Greek Tzatziki Recipe
If you are someone who is trying to find more ways to get vegetables in your diet, this tzatziki dip is going to be your new best friend. This dip goes great as a dip with peppers, carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, you name it. Of course it also goes great on top of pita bread with a greek veggie salad and some feta cheese. However you decide to eat it, I think you're going to love it!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely grated cucumber
- 1 cup organic greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tbsp chopped mint
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber. Then place the grated cucumber on a towel and squeeze out excess moisture out
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and give it a good stir
- Top with olive oil and enjoy!
